It would be sad to leave him out? Nino relates an untold story regarding Arashi's formation

Ninomiya Kazunari and Watanabe Marina face off on Shin kuwazugirai-ou kettei-sen *.

Ninomiya's menu: prime beef ribs, yellowtail teriyaki, pickled eggplant, and monjayaki

Watanabe's menu: natto jjigae, soba dumplings, tamagoyaki, and sauteed foie gras

A huge fan of Kuramoto So's works, Ishibashi Takaaki talks passionately about Zenryaku, Ofukuro-sama, and laments that he wanted to appear on Ninomiya's starring vehicle Haikei, Chichiue-sama. He reveals, "I have it recorded on DVD, but..." to which Watanabe retorts, "What, you haven't watched it yet!?"

While eating his prime beef ribs, Ninomiya talks about the surprising connection between Aiba Masaki and yakiniku. When it was unofficially decided that Ninomiya will be a member of Arashi, the company's boss (Johnny) took him out to yakiniku. At that point, there were no plans for Aiba, who is good friends with Ninomiya, to join Arashi, but the boss said, "If I put only Nino, it would be like leaving Aiba out, so let's put Aiba in Arashi too!" With those words, it was decided that Aiba would also join Arashi.

Watanabe has a blast recounting with Tunnels the good old funny stories from her Tunnels no minasan no okage desu days.

i always love the story of how aiba got into arashi. so cute! Like aiba!

Awww. didn't there was such a conversation between Nino and Johnnys taking place! Those two must have been close friends as Jrs. too :)

Thanks so much for the translation. And thanks big time to Johnny for letting Aiba and Nino stay together, otherwise Arashi would be nothing like they are today.
